Terms of sale

These terms apply when you buy a print from johnreuter.tv. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Orders and payment

• Prices are in US dollars, and your card provider may convert them to your currency. Standard shipping within the US is free. Shipping to other countries, faster shipping and any sales tax are added at checkout, before you pay.
• Payment is handled securely by Stripe. I never see or store your card details.
• Your order is accepted once payment is confirmed and you receive an email receipt.
• If a print can't be made, for example because the lab no longer offers that size, I'll contact you and refund you in full.

The prints

Each print is made to order by a professional print lab. Colors on screen vary from device to device, so a print may look slightly different from what you see on this site. Photos are printed uncropped, so a thin white border may be left where a photo's shape differs from the paper.

Copyright

All photographs are © John Reuter. Buying a print gives you the print itself, to display and enjoy. It doesn't give you the right to copy, scan, reproduce or sell the image, or to use it commercially. For licensing, get in touch.

Liability

If something goes wrong with your order, my responsibility is limited to replacing the print or refunding what you paid for it. Nothing in these terms affects your rights under consumer protection law.

Changes

I may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies.
